MCHP Architects have enjoyed working with Total Construction on three Alpha Flight Catering projects. The three projects included alterations and additions to their buildings at Brisbane Airport and Perth Airport, and a new building at Adelaide Airport.

All of the sites involved the challenge of developing and building on Airport property and creating an operationally efficient, highly hygienic and state of the art in food preparation to accommodate the demanding requirements of in-flight catering. Further, the sites working with existing operations had the further challenge of construction whilst maintaining the existing operations running efficiently and hygienically.
