MCHP Architects have the resources to manage all aspects of your project from your initial idea through to completion. We can provide all architectural services from initial feasibility of a project, through design, authority submissions, detailed documentation, tendering, contract administration and assist clients through to the finished project.

Our office is fully computerised and has a network of workstations for the production of documentation.

Drawings are prepared using AutoCAD and Revit software. Adobe Photoshop and Indesign are utilised to assist with presentations. We also run various office adminstration and documentation programmes and utilise email for the quick transfer of documents and information.

MCHP Architects have a long association with a range of specialist consultants. These include town planners, engineering consultants, surveyors, acoustic consultants, geotechnical consultants, traffic consultants, landscape architects, quantity surveyors, private certifiers. We can manage and coordinate with these consultants as required to achieve the right result for your particular project.

MCHP Architects work with a range of quality builders with abilities across the spectrum of project types. We work with builders in a traditional architect / builder role or as a design & construct arrangement. We can manage the whole process from briefing to completed building.

MCHP Architects can create various types of presentations which can be used for advertising, council or authority representation or to assist clients to understand a proposed project. We also prepare marketing documents such as apartment layouts and brochure images.
