KENECO – RYDALMERE | 2004

This complex included a variety of small industrial tenancies, a café and a level of “incubator” business units below. The “incubator” units are part of a government initiative to help establish small businesses. The complex also houses Kennards Hire and Kennards Lift and Shift. This was built as a Design + Construct project with Total Construction.
