The house utilises solar hot water, photovoltaic cells, rainwater tanks and materials chosen based on their embodied energy to further minimise the impact of building this home.

The house is also adaptable to be either a single residence or two residences.

This project involved the external refurbishment of an existing dated residence to create a more contemporary feel and appearance. The works included installing a vergola system, a kitchen servery to the outside, new exterior colour scheme, new entry door and feature wall, new balustrading and new front fence. MCHP were also involved in the landscape design of the site.
