		<description><![CDATA[Australand Sales Suite - Botanica NSW &#124; 2011

This proposal for the exhibition suite at Australand's Botanica was undertaken in collaboration with Rice Daubney. Developed within a proposed residence, to be later converted to a residence, the exhibition suite is developed to display and give a feel for the proposed residences.

Removal of a suspended ceiling and carpet revealed beautiful old light fittings, high ornamental ceilings and warm floorboards. The interiors were refurbished while providing modern office services whilst the foyer was refurbished to contemporary standards, yet capturing the allure of the buildings original aesthetic.
