		<description><![CDATA[Florida Beach Bar Crowne Plaza – Terrigal NSW &#124; 2011

This project involved the demolition of the existing bar, nightclub, toilets, kitchen and servery. The area was then completely redesigned and reconfigured to open up to the terrace and beach with stacking doors, a new 30 metre long bar and new kitchen, toilets, indoor and outdoor gaming. The project was initiated in collaboration with Total Construction and completed with ISIS and Siren Design.

As part of a major highway centre, this restaurant is functionally designed to serve motorists and truck drivers. The motorist seating provides a variety of seating, bright natural lighting and a backlit shaped ceiling as a relaxed stop on a long journey.
